The Falcon House supplies specialty coffee to cafés, hotels, resorts, offices and home brewers in Muscat and across Oman: premium 100% Arabica from India's Western Ghats, including Monsooned Malabar AA, espresso blends for lattes and cappuccinos, a bright filter roast and cold-brew dip bags, as whole beans or ground. Retail prices are listed in AED (currently from AED 19), and wholesale coffee for Oman is quoted per order via [email protected]. Online orders are delivered to your door in Muscat and across the GCC.

What we supply in Muscat

  1. Espresso for milk drinks: Monsooned Malabar AA has near-zero acidity, a heavy, syrupy body and a dense crema, so it stays chocolatey rather than sour under steamed milk in a latte, flat white or cappuccino.
  2. House espresso: Sunrise Blend (80% Arabica, 20% washed Robusta, medium-dark) is dialled in at 18.5 g in, 38 g out in 27–30 seconds at 93 °C, with a thick, lasting crema.
  3. Filter and pour-over: Aromica Blend is 100% Arabica from Chikmagalur and Bababudangiri, grown at 1,350–1,600 m and roasted medium (City+), with jasmine, stone fruit and Meyer lemon notes.
  4. Darker cups: Vienna Roast brings dark chocolate, toasted almond and caramel for a strong Americano or a sweet iced latte.
  5. Cold brew without equipment: cold-brew dip bags (10–12 g) steep in 12–16 hours for a low-acid, naturally sweet glass; hot-brew dip bags (10 g) cover rooms and offices without a machine.
  6. Whole bean or ground: every roast is sold as whole beans, or ground for espresso, moka pot, filter, French press or cold brew, so a café grinding fresh and an office without a grinder in Muscat can buy the same coffee.
  7. Why it fits Muscat: Omani hospitality is built around kahwa served with dates, and Oman was among the nominating states when Arabic coffee joined UNESCO's intangible heritage list in 2015. Resorts along the coast and in the mountains also serve espresso drinks to international guests, and dip bags give remote villas good coffee without a machine.

Getting it to Muscat

Wholesale orders for Oman are quoted per order. Send your outlets or resort location, machines and expected monthly volume, and we confirm roasts, pack formats, delivery frequency and landed cost. Retail prices are listed in AED (currently from AED 19); the dirham and the rial are both pegged to the US dollar, so AED 1 is about OMR 0.105.

GCC labelling rules require Arabic on prepackaged food, and food products need registration before sale in Oman. Ask any supplier, including us, for the registration and label status of each product. Oman has levied 5% VAT since April 2021.

For resorts outside Muscat, agree delivery frequency and storage up front, and ask your customs broker for the duty rate on roasted coffee. Plan stock ahead of the October–April peak season and Ramadan.

Who we work with

Resorts and hotels in Muscat and beyond, specialty cafés, restaurants, corporate offices, corporate gifting programmes and home brewers in Oman. For a resort, we suggest trialling one roast in a single outlet and checking guest feedback before rolling it out.

Questions from Muscat buyers

What are the best coffee beans in Muscat for lattes and cappuccinos?

A low-acid, heavy-bodied coffee. Our Monsooned Malabar AA and Sunrise Blend both keep a chocolate and caramel profile through steamed milk instead of turning sour, and both produce a dense crema. For black filter coffee, Aromica Blend's floral, citrus profile is the better choice.

Where can I buy specialty coffee beans online in Oman?

At thefalconhouse.com, delivered to your door in Oman. Prices are listed in AED, currently from AED 19 (about OMR 0.105 per dirham). Each product page lists the origin, roast level and tasting notes.

Do you deliver coffee beans in Muscat?

Yes. Online orders are delivered to your door in Muscat and across Oman and the GCC, with prices in AED. Café, hotel and office volumes are quoted per order, including delivery and lead time.

Do you sell wholesale coffee in Muscat?

Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices. Email [email protected] with your outlets in Muscat, your machines and your expected monthly volume, and we will quote wholesale pricing, lead times and landed cost.

Do you sell whole coffee beans or ground coffee?

Both. Every roast is available as whole beans, or ground for your brewer: espresso, moka pot, pour-over and filter, French press or cold brew. Choose whole beans if you grind fresh at the bar.

Can I use your coffee for Arabic coffee (gahwa)?

Not as a like-for-like substitute. Gahwa is traditionally made from very lightly roasted beans brewed with cardamom and sometimes saffron, while our roasts are medium to medium-dark for espresso, filter and cold brew. Many hosts serve both: gahwa for tradition, specialty coffee for espresso drinks.

Can you supply resorts outside Muscat?

Volume orders for resorts anywhere in Oman are quoted per order. Send the resort location and expected monthly usage, and agree delivery frequency and storage up front, since remote properties are restocked less often.
