The Falcon House supplies Jakarta retailers, hotels and private clients with extrait de parfum, 200 ml reed diffusers and Indian speciality coffee including Monsooned Malabar. Trade pricing, delivery to Indonesia and lead times are quoted per order via [email protected].

What we supply in Jakarta

  1. Extrait de parfum in 50 ml and 100 ml at 30% oil concentration: Velvet Noir (saffron, orris, leather, amber) and Imperial Sillage (bergamot, blackcurrant, smoked birch, cedarwood).
  2. 200 ml reed diffusers in Lavender, White Jasmine & Neroli, Mahogany and White Tea, typically lasting 2–4 months.
  3. Indian coffee for hotels and retail: Monsooned Malabar AA, a heavy, very low-acidity profile that contrasts with Indonesia's own Sumatran and Javanese origins.
  4. Why it fits Jakarta: the city's mall retail and department stores carry a growing range of niche and Middle Eastern-style fragrance, and hotels use signature scent in lobbies.

Getting it to Jakarta

Delivery to Jakarta is arranged per order. Send quantities, formats and your required date, and we confirm lead time and landed cost, including whether the quote covers shipping, import taxes and any duty. Retail prices are listed in AED (currently from AED 19); wholesale pricing is quoted per order.

Cosmetics and food sold in Indonesia must be registered with BPOM (the national food and drug authority), labels need Bahasa Indonesia, and Indonesia's Halal Product Assurance law is phasing in mandatory halal certification. Ask any supplier, including us, for the registration and halal status of each product before ordering retail stock.

Alcohol-based perfumes are dangerous goods for air freight (UN 1266), which affects the choice of carrier and the lead time, so include your required date when you enquire.

Are your perfumes registered with BPOM?

Ask us product by product; tell us what you plan to sell and we will confirm what is in place.

Do you sell oud perfume?

Oud belongs to the house's Woody & Oud fragrance family, but the two extraits listed online now (Velvet Noir and Imperial Sillage) are not oud-led. Email [email protected] to ask which oud compositions are currently available.

Can retailers order testers?

Yes, by enquiry. Include testers in your first request and we will quote them with the opening order.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the product and packaging. Jakarta retailers usually open with a small range and testers; send your list and we will quote delivery to Indonesia.

How much does it cost?
