Indian speciality coffee and extrait perfume for Berlin cafés and concept stores

The Falcon House supplies Berlin cafés, concept stores and hotels with Indian speciality coffee, led by single-origin Monsooned Malabar AA, and with extrait de parfum. Export quantities, pricing and delivery to Germany are quoted per order via [email protected].

What we supply in Berlin

  1. Monsooned Malabar AA: 100% Arabica grown in the Western Ghats at 1,000–1,400 m and monsooned in Mangalore for 12–16 weeks, roasted medium-dark, with dark cacao, earthy spice and toasted walnut notes and near-zero acidity.
  2. Further Indian coffees: Aromica Blend from Chikmagalur and Bababudangiri, Sunrise Blend (80% Arabica, 20% Robusta) and Vienna Roast.
  3. Extrait de parfum in 50 ml and 100 ml at 30% oil concentration: Velvet Noir (saffron, orris, leather, amber) and Imperial Sillage (bergamot, blackcurrant, smoked birch, cedarwood).
  4. Why it fits Berlin: the city has one of Europe's most active speciality coffee scenes, where roasters and cafés rotate origins, and a monsooned Indian coffee is a distinctive, rarely seen profile. Its concept stores also stock niche fragrance alongside design and food.

Getting it to Berlin

Delivery to Berlin is arranged per order. Cosmetics, including perfume, placed on the EU market need an EU-based Responsible Person and notification in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Ask any supplier, including us, how this is covered before ordering retail stock. Food and cosmetic labels for German retail need German-language information.

Alcohol-based perfumes are dangerous goods for air freight (UN 1266), which affects the choice of carrier and the lead time, so include your required date when you enquire.

Who we work with

Speciality cafés and roasters looking for a guest origin, concept stores, boutique hotels and private clients. We recommend cupping samples on your own equipment and agreeing roast date and transit time before committing volume. A German-language page will follow.

Questions from Berlin buyers

Is Monsooned Malabar good for espresso?

Yes. Its heavy body and very low acidity carry through milk, which is why roasters often use it in espresso blends; it also works as a mellow single-origin filter.

Can you supply perfume to EU retailers?

Perfume sold in the EU needs an EU Responsible Person and CPNP notification. Tell us your retail plans and we will confirm what is in place for each product.
